Our team is made up of people who understand the reality of life in the fields of Peru and have been working with local indigenous communities for many years now, on environmentally sustainable projects and interactive tourism in the region of Cusco.
Passionate for the country, its people and its natural beauty, they are hoping to transmit this passion and help you discover the magic of Peru.

franco negriFranco Negri:
Founder and director of Casa Ecologica, Franco has dedicated much of his time to Adventure Tourism, where he discovered his passion for nature and its indigenous communities. He has spent the last 7 years producing and promoting the consumption of organic food products, as well as natural medicines and supporting the Andean weavers of Cusco’s local communities. He is now committed to developing interactive tourism in the indigenous sector as a tool for generating income leading to economic and environmental sustainability for the area.

camille quinoneroCamille Quinonero:
Born in Nimes, France, Camille has completed a Masters Degree in Languages and International Relations. Initially she came to Peru to complete an internship with Casa Ecologica, where she began to develop tourism projects in the local communities within the region of Cusco. After some time here she fell in love with the outdoors and the richness of the Peruvian culture and hence co-founded Casa Ecologica Viajes. Camille sees tourism as an alternative for the growth, development and survival of the indigenous population. Through Casa Ecologica she has harvested strong friendships with the local communities and this motivates her to remain in Peru and continue to integrate the indigenous locals and social projects with Cusco’s touristic vein.

gregorio sotaleroGregorio Sotalero:
A natural leader, he is the president of the Amaru community, as well as the “Indigenous Association of Amaru” and is the main promoter for the sustainable rescue and development of the indigenous culture and community identity. He avidly promotes reforestation of the region with native plants, the support of local artisans as well as interactive tourism in indigenous communities. He always has new and motivating ideas, it is a pleasure to work with him.

franco negriEusebio Turpo:
Member of the Pacchanta community, found at the foot of the Ausangate Glacier, and existing at altitudes between 4000 – 5000 meters a.s.l. He is a person of great character, always happy, positive, and dedicated to his family. He works the land to cultivate potatoes and looks after his alpacas to provide both a source of nutrition for his children and wool for his wife Maria and her weavings.
